JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Principal Responsibilities:
To manage the Business Development Communication channel with Partners / Customers / Prospects remotely.
Other Responsibilities:
To provide customer service assistance over the phone & email professionally.
To ensure that all customers’ enquiries are documented, investigated and resolved accurately, responsively and on time.
Plans telephone contacts with customers to ensure no outstanding issues, for identification of business opportunities, apply correct service levels and monitor progress against plan.
Interact and coordinate customer issues between internal teams and customers.
Proactively advising clients of delays and potential service failures.
Ensure that the following are documented and acted upon : -
identified competition and competitive activities;
identified opportunity and leads;
received market intelligence (information) from customers or other sources.
To conduct customer surveys or telephone surveys with customers to gauge customer satisfaction with sales and product experience. Produce analysis reports.
To compile customer’s quantitative and qualitative reports on a monthly basis for sales feedback and improvements.
To support customers, especially in handling after-sales customer feedback and inquiries; and after implementation of new products and services.
To manage, collate and update customer databases for effective customer communication and future sales activities.
Perform other sales-related telephone support and administrative work.
To carry out any other task to be assigned by the management from time to time.
QUALIFICATION
Degree / Diploma in Computer Science / IT / Sales & Marketing with the following working experience : -
Minimum 0 to 2 years for CREion Executive
Minimum 2 years for Senior Customer Relation Executive
Have a positive attitude and self-motivation.
Proficient in spoken English with good communication skills.
Working experience in a Telesales / Helpdesk environment is preferred.
The following experience / knowledge will be the added advantage : -
IT system development environment;
IT product support environment;
IT infrastructure support environment;
Troubleshooting skills.
